TERMS OF SERVICE1. A 50% deposit is required to book the date of a shoot. said deposit is non refundable as it holds the date and time specified, as well as cover shoot planning, travel costs and preparations.Deposits are non refundable after 24hrs from the shoot.2. All shoots have a average turnaround of 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS and will be fufilled no later than 38 business days from the conclusion of filming and/or payment. Due to influx of shoots, varying complexity and packed schedule, turnaround may vary greatly. Any delays longer than 38 business days are subject to a partial refund due to inconvenience and/or free shoot vouchers for future use. !!Only exception is if the contract states a different turnaround.3. All included content & work will be displayed in the booking information. Any extra revisions will be subject to an additional charge due before dispersion of the content.4. **Shoots booked will be placed in a editing queue. The queue order is based soley on price, complexity and estimated editing time. **5. Read booking tab to see all that is included in your booking. Any extra work needs to be discussed beforehand at extra expense. Length of footage sent depends on shoot and may vary due to complexity, length of scenes, etc.6. Raw footage is available for a additional charge (as specified in the pricing info), this includes all the footage shot during the shoot, not color graded.7. All editing is done on business days. We follow a 9am-5pm Monday-Friday calendar. Any weekend requests are subject to extra charge.8. Client is responsible for making clear what the objective of the shoot is. Any re-shoots, or additional shots will concur an extra charge. Make sure to read the description of each booking. Make sure to have a clear idea of what you want from the shoot before booking so we can provide the best content possible to fit your needs!Client is also responsible for providing a rollers car/driver.Trackside shoots will also include any gear rentals etc9. Upon booking a shoot, you agree to the terms of service, as well as all the clauses .
